Jetblack Viscosity Grades Bitumen (VG-10, VG-30, VG-40):
These are high-quality, BIS-certified bitumen types designed to meet Indian IS specifications. They are tailored for specific applications in road construction, where VG-10 is suitable for spraying, VG-30 for flexible pavements in hot regions, and VG-40 for heavy traffic areas.
Jetblack Modified Bitumen (PMB & CRMB):
- Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB): Enhanced with polymers for greater elasticity and strength, PMB is ideal for roads with heavy traffic and adverse weather conditions.
- Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB): Made by blending crumb rubber into bitumen, CRMB offers improved elasticity and resistance to cracking, ideal for highway construction.
Jetblack Bitumen Emulsions:
- Jetcoat RS1 & RS2: Quick-setting emulsions used for surface dressing and patching.
- Jetcoat MS (Medium Setting): Designed for mixing with coarse aggregates in rural road construction.
- Jetcoat SS1 & SS2: Slow-setting emulsions for prime coating and tack coating applications, ensuring strong adhesion between layers.
