Open Graded Premix Carpeting (OGPC) & Seal Coat
- Technology: Simple and effective for rural, farm link, and low-volume roads.
- Thickness: Provides a 2 cm thick surface over WBM or old bituminous layers, using pre-mixed graded aggregates (13.2mm & 11.2mm nominal sizes).
- Application: Can be completed without pre-wetting, providing high-quality and durable surfaces as per IRC: SP: 100-2014.
Sand Seal
- Function: Used to correct surface defects like abrasion and moisture intrusion, and to develop a skid-resistant surface texture.
